Saved? Saved! – Roman Road – Part 5

Are you saved?

Romans 10:13 says, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

We started the month’s exploration of the Roman Road with the the key word “Everyone” – as in “Everyone has sinned.”

Today we finish with another “Everyone.” Everyone can be saved! God does not discriminate.

Part 1 – Everyone has sinned.

Part 2 – The price for sin is death, but we get eternal life instead.

Part 3 – Jesus’ death on the cross is part of His love story for us.

Part 4 – For salvation, we must do 2 things: Confess Jesus Christ as Lord; Believe God raised Him from the dead.

Today, we add Part 5 – Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

Call on His name? What does that mean? Say Jesus’ name in a respectful way that captures His attention. If you’ve confessed and believed, calling is your final action.

Action Plan: Call on Jesus. This is a critical prayer time. Take it seriously. He will have a serious response that will change your life forever.
